Refund policy

Refunds

For all digital products, no refunds will be eligible. However if you truly believe you are owed a refund, please email me at me@richardfliu.com with date of purchase, what you purchased and reason why and I will get back to you with a final judgment. 

For the physical copies purchased, we unfortunately do not offer refunds as they can be copied.

However if you never opened the original package, we are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days if returned back to our shipping address at the expense of your own. Please email me@richardfliu.com to arrange.
